Administration und Betreuung von Endpunkten sowie Windows-Servern

 - Betrieb, Pflege und Optimierung der Virtualisierungsplattform (VMware ESXi & vCenter)
 - Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer zentralen IT-Services:
 - Active Directory und DNS & DHCP
 - Administration der kompletten Microsoft 365 Umgebung, inkl.:
 - Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune und Entra ID
 - Remote-Support unserer internationalen Standorte sowie gelegentliche Einsätze vor Ort in Löhne
 - Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten, Infrastruktur-Upgrades und Systemoptimierungen
 - Sicherstellung von Betrieb, Performance und Sicherheit der gesamten IT-Umgebung
