## About the Role

Erfahrung im Rechenzentrumsumfeld oder in der IT-Hardware-Installation

Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Server-, Storage- und Netzwerktechnik

Sicherer Umgang mit Kupfer- und Glasfaserverkabelung (LWL)

Eine CompTIA-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

Arbeiten unter den besonderen Bedingungen eines Rechenzentrums (Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit und erhöhte Geräuschkulisse)

Regelmäßiges Heben und Bewegen größerer Hardwarekomponenten

Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System (8-Stunden-Schichten)

Bereitschaft zu Wochenendarbeit sowie Rufbereitschaft

## Description

Auf- und Abbau von Server-Racks

Ein- und Ausbau von IT-Hardware wie Servern, Storage-Systemen, Netzwerkkomponenten und Switches

Verkabelung sowie Entkabelung von Strom- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Kupfer und Glasfaser/LWL) gemäß Dokumentation

Bearbeitung von Service- und Incident-Tickets nach vorgegebenen Prozessen

Durchführung von Installations-, Umzugs- und Austauschmaßnahmen im Rechenzentrum

Sorgfältige und zeitnahe Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten in den Kundensystemen (englischsprachig)

Unterstützung beim Betrieb und der Wartung der Rechenzentrumsinfrastruktur
