## Description

du bist verantwortlich für den First-Level-Support, die Vorinstallation von Servern, PCs und Laptops sowie deren Wartung und Reparatur.

 - gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Technikern bist du beim Kunden unterwegs.
 - spätestens im dritten Lehrjahr führst du auch selbstständig Einsätze vor Ort durch.
 - außerdem setzt du dich mit neuen Technologien, Produkten und Ideen auseinander und gibst dein Wissen in kurzen Unterweisungen weiter.
