 - Inbegriffen ist die selbständige Installation, Konfiguration und Verwaltung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen incl. Peripherie sowie den professionellen Umgang mit Anwendern bei Anfragen und Problemen
 - Sie lernen sämtliche Werkzeuge für einen effizienten IT-Support kennen
 - Sie arbeiten effektiv in einem internationalen IT-Team und sind verantwortlich für das Erstellen von Konzepten für IT-Services
 - Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration ist ein anerkannter Ausbildungsberuf nach der Berufsbildungsgesetz (BBiG)
 - Dauer der Ausbildung 3 Jahre
