## Description

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für zuverlässige IT-Betriebe und bist zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden:

 - Server, Clients und Netzwerke planen, installieren und konfigurieren
 - Virtualisierung, Storage und Backup betreuen
 - Patch- und Update-Management sowie Automatisierung umsetzen
 - Monitoring, Alerting und Reporting aufsetzen und betreiben
 - IT-Umgebungen mit Firewalls, VLAN/VPN und klaren Berechtigungskonzepten absichern
 - Störungen analysieren und dauerhaft beheben
 - Kundenprojekte realisieren, z. B. Migrationen, Netzwerkmodernisierungen oder Cloud-Integrationen
