 - Unterstützung und Beratung der Anwender bei technischen Problemen (Remote & vor Ort)
 - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem 1st Level Support und Eskalation an den 3rd Level bei Bedarf
 - Dokumentation von Support-Fällen und Pflege der Wissensdatenbank
 - Mitarbeit bei Rollouts, IT-Projekten und Systemoptimierungen
