## About the Role

## Description

* Enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit dem Diehl-internen-SAP-Basis-Dienstleister zur SAP-Basis-Betreuung für z.B. Upgrades, Patches, Migrationen. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den ERP-Beratern, dem IT Service Desk und weiteren Stakeholder.
 * 2nd-Level Support & Incident-Management zur Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung von SAP-Betriebsstörungen und -Fehlern.
 * Aktives System-Monitoring und Behebung von Fehlern (Performance, Logs, Fehleranalysen, Verfügbarkeit der Systeme). Verwaltung und Optimierung von Usern im Sinne des SAP Lizenzmanagements.
 * Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung des SAP-Transportwesens.
 * Projektarbeit, Projektplanung, technische Durchführung und Erfolgskontrolle. Beobachtung neuer SAP-Technologien, Roadmaps und Trends; Evaluation von neuen Produkten für die Unternehmenslandschaft. Beratung zu Architekturfragen, Empfehlung von Optimierungen und Innovationen.
