## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium der Elektro- und Informationstechnik, Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im OT-Umfeld (z.B. Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik)
 * Erste Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich IT/OT Infrastruktur und Security
 * Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Routing, Switching sowie in OT spezifischen Kommunikationsprotokollen (Industrial Ethernet, ProfiNet, Modbus TCP, OPC UA)
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Konzeption und dem Betrieb von LAN-Infrastrukturen
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Automatisierungssystemen mit Fokus auf Siemens S7, Siemens PCS7 und Siemens WinCC von Vorteil
 * Verständnis für OT-Security und damit verbundenen Normen sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen (IEC62443, NIS-2, CRA, TRBS1115)
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Konzeption, Standardisierung und Umsetzung von Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen für Produktionsbetriebe am Standort Mainz und beratend für andere Lokationen weltweit
 * Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur zur Steigerung von Sicherheit, Effizienz und Verfügbarkeit
 * Begleitung von IT/OT-Digitalisierungsprojekten in Kooperation mit IT und OT-Einheiten innerhalb des Schott Konzerns
 * Mitwirken bei der Identifikation und Behebung von Störungen an produktionsnahen Systemen wie Siemens SCADA, Siemens S7 und Siemens PCS7
 * Evaluierung von IT-Technologien für den Einsatz im produktionsnahen Umfeld
 * Inbetriebnahme und Montage von Servern, Netzwerkkomponenten und Edge Devices
 * Analyse von Netzwerk- und IT-Security Risiken innerhalb der Infrastrukturen, Aufzeigen und Umsetzen von Lösungen zur Gefahrenabwehr in diesen Bereichen
 * Planung und Durchführung von Wartungen, Migrationen sowie Retrofits
 * Durchführung von Change- und Incidentmanagement gemäß ITIL-Prinzipien
 * Mitwirken bei der Inbetriebnahme sowie der Pflege von Komponenten des OT-Assetmanagement
