## Description

Verwaltung, Wartung und Optimierung unserer Netzwerk- und IT-Infrastruktur (LAN, WAN, VLANs, Cisco-Komponenten)

 - Betreuung der Server- und Clientlandschaft, inklusive Active Directory und Azure Entra
 - Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung kleiner bis mittelgroßer IT-Projekte, insbesondere im Bereich Netzwerk, Infrastruktur und Digitalisierung
 - Unterstützung bei standortübergreifenden Rollouts, Updates und IT-Integrationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen.
 - Monitoring, Troubleshooting und Performance-Optimierung der Netzwerksysteme und IT-Dienste
 - Mitarbeit in der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, inkl. Firewall, VPN, Endpoint Security
 - Dokumentation von Netzwerkarchitektur, Projekten und Systemänderungen nach ITIL-Standards
 - Ansprechpartner für 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support in Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturfragen
