* Administration von Arbeitsplatzcomputern mit Schwerpunkt Apple macOS
 * Benutzerunterstützung und -beratung als primäre Kontaktperson für Apple-Geräte
 * Betreuung der vorhandenen Client-Management-Lösung "Jamf"
 * Optimierung und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Methoden bei der Apple-Administration
 * Mitwirkung bei der allgemeinen Benutzerunterstützung
 * Mitarbeit bei der technischen IT-Dokumentation
 * Je nach Qualifikation Einbindung in laufende IT-Projekte
