## Description

Verantwortung des IT Customer Service am Standort

 - Bearbeitung von 1st- und 2nd-Level Supportanfragen
 - Behebung systemtechnischer Probleme in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem zentralen IT-Dienstleister
 - Verwaltung von IT-Hardware (Lager, Austausch, Bestellungen, ...)
 - Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen inkl. Windows-PC-Konfiguration
 - Unterstützung im Bereich Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Anschlusspunkte patchen, Kabel konfektionieren, Messungen durchführen, ...)
 - Dokumentation der IT-Infrastruktur
 - Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen an die lokale IT-Infrastruktur
