 - Gutes Verständnis für Embedded-Systeme, Systemarchitekturen und softwaregetriebene Entwicklungsprozesse
 - Kenntnisse im Automotive-Umfeld (z. B. Fahrerassistenzsysteme, Kamerasysteme, Connectivity) von Vorteil
 - Analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
 - Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Motivation, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

## Description

Steuerung und Koordination von Embedded-Software-Teilprojekten inkl. Planung, Priorisierung und Fortschrittskontrolle

 - Technische Schnittstellenfunktion zu internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie Abstimmung relevanter Anforderungen
 - Planung und Nachverfolgung von Features, Meilensteinen und Projektfortschritten
 - Mitwirkung in Änderungsprozessen sowie Unterstützung bei technischen Entscheidungsfindungen
 - Erstellung und Präsentation von Statusberichten sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
 - Unterstützung strukturierter Entwicklungs- und Projektprozesse (z. B. nach ASPICE/IPMA) sowie Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Projektergebnissen
