## About the Role

 - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security und Automatisierung sowie Microsoft-Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.

## Description

In dieser Rolle arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Betrieb und Projektgeschäft und verantwortest moderne Microsoft-basierte IT-Umgebungen bei unseren Kunden., Design, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-basierten IT-Infrastrukturen (On-Prem, Hybrid, Cloud)

 - Betrieb, Administration und Optimierung von Microsoft-365-Umgebungen (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
 - Administration und Monitoring von Azure-Diensten (Entra ID, virtuelle Maschinen, Security-Services)
 - Mitarbeit an Migrations- und Transformationsprojekten (Microsoft 365, Azure, Hybrid-Szenarien)
 - Technische Analyse und Lösung komplexer System- und Infrastrukturthemen (2nd-/3rd-Level)
 - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Support und Managed-Service-Teams
 - Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation
 - Beratung unserer Kunden zu Best Practices, Skalierung und Sicherheit ihrer IT-Umgebungen
