## About the Role

* Experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT operations, or a related field
 * University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT Management, or a comparable qualification gained through professional experience
 * Practical expertise in areas such as security operations, network infrastructure, vulnerability management, or cyber incident handling
 * Professional certifications in information security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, GIAC) are considered beneficial
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex security topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
 * Experience designing and delivering training programs covering regulatory, compliance, and cybersecurity topics
 * Excellent English skills and good working knowledge of German

 * Plan and coordinate technical reviews, security audits, and resilience assessments to identify improvement opportunities and reduce exposure to risk
 * Increase security awareness across the organization through training initiatives, workshops, and the promotion of secure working practices
 * Work closely with IT teams, management, and business stakeholders to ensure that security requirements are embedded into daily operations and strategic projects
