Erarbeitung, Definition und Etablierung von KPIs entlang Automotive-SPICE-relevanter Prozesse

 - Analyse von Entwicklungs- und Qualitätsdaten sowie Ableitung geeigneter Metriken
 - Abstimmung und Einführung von KPI-Definitionen mit Entwicklungsabteilungen
 - Automatisierte Extraktion und Verarbeitung von Daten über REST-APIs
 - Aufbau von Dashboards und Reporting-Strukturen zur KPI-Visualisierung
 - Bewertung von Prozesskonformität, Reifegrad und Qualitätsrisiken
 - Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsmethodiken im Automotive-SPICE-Umfeld
 - Dokumentation und Know-how-Transfer an interne Stakeholder
