## Description

Konzeption und Gestaltung von Wireframes, Prototypen und UX-Konzepten

 - Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung visueller Interface-Designs mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch für verschiedene digitale Anwendungen
 - Ableitung von nutzerzentrierten Insights und Handlungsempfehlungen
 - Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der User Experience unserer digitalen Produkte
 - Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung eines skalierbaren Design Systems
 - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung, internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
 - Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
 - Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von UX-Research-Aktivitäten (z. B. Interviews, Usability-Tests, Surveys)
 - Weiterentwicklung des digitalen Brandings basierend auf den CI-Vorgaben der Marke BORA
