## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Ausbildung/Weiterbildung).

 * Grundkenntnisse in lokalen On-Premises-Umgebungen: User- und Gruppenmanagement, lokale GPOs, Berechtigungskonzepte auf lokalen Fileservern, Printer-Management auf lokalen Printservern sowie IP-Verwaltung/DHCP.
 * Praxis in modernen Hybrid-/Cloud-Umgebungen, idealerweise mit Microsoft 365 sowie Entra ID/Intune (User-/Gruppenmanagement, Client-/Endpoint-Management).
 * Verständnis gängiger Client- und Security-Themen (z. B. MFA/Windows Hello for Business, Client Security) sowie sicheres Arbeiten mit gängigen M365-Applikationen.
 * Sicher im ticketbasierten Tagesgeschäft - von der strukturierten Fehleranalyse bis zur nachhaltigen Lösung - und erfahren in der Planung sowie Durchführung von Projekten.

## Description

* Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung moderner IT-Services sowie Workplace-/Cloud-Lösungen im globalen IT-&-ERP-Team.
 * Implementierung, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Optimierung neuer Systeme, Tools und Technologien.
 * Strukturierte Analyse und eigenständige Behebung von Störungen im ticketbasierten Tagesgeschäft - inklusive sauberer Dokumentation und nachhaltiger Lösungsfindung.
 * Mitarbeit in (internationalen) IT-Projekten sowie Übernahme klar abgegrenzter Teilaufgaben bzw. kleinerer Teilprojekte (Planung und Umsetzung).
 * Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen Ansprechpartner\*innen sowie - nach Bedarf - mit externen Dienstleistern.
 * Internationale Onsite-Einsätze (1-2×/Jahr) sind planbar und werden frühzeitig abgestimmt.
