## About the Role

Mindestens 4 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps-Umfeld oder der Systemadministration. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau)

 - Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit mindestens einem Public-Cloud-Anbietern (z.B. AWS, Azure, GCP) sowie grundlegendes Know-how in der Administration von Container-Plattformen (z.B. Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift)
 - Sicherer Umgang mit IaC-Tools (z.B. Terraform, OpenTofu) und GitOps-Konzepten (z.B. ArgoCD, Flux, Helm)
 - Erfahrung in der Erstellung komplexer CI/CD-Pipelines (z.B. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Tekton). Programmier- oder Skriptingkenntnisse (z.B. Python, Go, Bash) sind von Vorteil
 - Fähigkeit, KI-Potenziale im Kontext von Plattform- und Cloud-Architekturen zu identifizieren, technisch zu bewerten und gezielt zur Automatisierung von Betriebsprozessen, Optimierung von Entwicklerplattformen und Schaffung messbaren Kundennutzens einzusetzen

## Description

Als Senior Platform Solution Engineer konzipierst und implementierst du skalierbare, hochverfügbare, sichere und wartbare Plattform- und Cloud-Infrastrukturen. Gemeinsam mit Architekt:innen, Entwickler:innen und Business-Stakeholdern übersetzt du Anforderungen in robuste Cloud-Infrastrukturen und bringst deine Automatisierungs-Expertise ein.

 - Container-Orchestrierung & Cloud-Infrastruktur: Aufbau, Betrieb und Skalierung von modernen Container-Plattformen (z.B. Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, EKS, AKS, RKE2) und Cloud-Infrastrukturen (z.B. AWS, Azure, GCP).
 - Infrastruktur-Automatisierung & GitOps: Umsetzung stabiler Architekturen mittels Infrastructure-as-Codes (z.B. Terraform, OpenTofu, Terragrunt, Pulumi) und Etablierung moderner GitOps-Workflows (z.B. ArgoCD, Flux, Helm) für automatisierte Deployments.
 - CI/CD & Pipeline-Design: Konzeption und Entwicklung von standardisierten CI/CD-Pipelines (z.B. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Tekton) zur Beschleunigung von Entwicklungs- und Releaseprozessen.
 - Sicherheit, Governance & Observability: Anwendung hoher Security-Standards (z.B. IAM-Systeme wie Keycloak/Okta, Secrets-Management) sowie Implementierung umfassender Monitoring-, Logging- und Tracing-Systeme (z.B. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK-Stack).
 - Zusammenarbeit & Mentoring: Arbeit in und Leitung von agilen, interdisziplinären Teams; Beratung von Kunden zu Platform-Architekturen sowie Mentoring von Junior Engineers und Förderung von Best Practices.
