## Description

Zu Beginn Deiner Ausbildung erhältst Du Einblick in alle unternehmensinternen Bereiche & Prozesse, vom Marketing & Vertrieb bis zur Buchhaltung und Produktentwicklung. Die Basics für Deine spätere Karriere bei uns erlernst Du in unserer Abteilung "IT & e-QSS", wo Dir fundierte Kenntnisse zur internen IT-Infrastruktur mit unseren beiden Rechenzentren sowie zu unserer Software e-QSS vermittelt werden.

Darauf aufbauend beginnst Du im zweiten Lehrjahr mit der Programmierung, so dass Dir Dein Lehrberuf ein breit gefächertes Wissen vermittelt. Ausbildungsbegleitend bieten wir Dir während der Arbeitszeit an, einen Fernstudiengang im Bereich Programmierung, IT-Infrastruktur oder IT-Projektmanagement zu belegen, damit Du am Ende Deiner Lehrzeit bestens qualifiziert bist. Auch die Möglichkeit zur Auslandserfahrung besteht.
