Planung, Durchführung und Betreuung von Projekten innerhalb der IT-Infrastruktur

 - Annahme von IT-Störungen sowie Fehlerbehebungen
 - Austausch, Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software
 - Mitwirkung bei verschiedenen Kunden-Projekten
 - Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
