## Description

Ausbildung ist für uns eine Selbstverständlichkeit und für uns der wichtigste Weg zu neuen Mitarbeitern.
Zur Ausbildung gehören u.a.:

 * C# im .NET-Framework, LINQ, SQL
 * Administration MS SQL-Server
 * Unsere Fundraising-Anwendung OpenHearts
 * Software Konzeption und Projektplanung
 * Testverfahren
Während deiner Ausbildung wirst Du unter anderem folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

 * praxisnahe FrontEnd-/BackEnd-Projekte im Team oder als Einzelaufgabe mit umfangreichem Feedback
 * Betreuung der internen Infrastrukturen
 * Mitarbeit in Kundenprojekten
