 - Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
 - Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist.

## Description

Administration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-Serverlandschaft (Windows Server, AD, GPO)

 - Betreuung und Optimierung unserer MS 365 Umgebung (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
 - Management und Konfiguration der Sophos Firewall-Infrastruktur einschließlich Monitoring und Sicherheitsanalysen
 - Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Supportfällen im OTOBO Ticketsystem sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Serviceprozesse
 - Betreuung unserer On-Premise IT-Infrastruktur (Storage, Virtualisierung, Netzwerk, Hardware)
 - Mitarbeit und Verantwortung in Projekten im Rechenzentrumsumfeld (RAZ), inklusive Planung und Umsetzung
 - Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs sowie proaktive Weiterentwicklung technischer Lösungen
