Während Deiner dreijährigen, dualen Ausbildung lernst Du unter anderem:

 - Planung, Aufbau und Administration von IT-Systemen, Netzwerken und Servern.
 - Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software.
 - Mitwirkung bei der Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im IT-Umfeld.
 - Unterstützung unserer IT-Service-Teams im Tagesgeschäft und im Helpdesk.
 - Einblicke in IT-Sicherheit, Virtualisierung und Dokumentation technischer Prozesse.

Du wirst praxisnah im Betrieb mitarbeiten und gleichzeitig das für die Ausbildung notwendige Wissen in der Berufsschule vermitteln bekommen.
