 - Praxis in einem der Themen: Entwicklung/Programmierung; Prozesse/Tools (GIT, Maven, Jira); agiles Projektmanagement (Scrum, Kanban), Testmanagement/-durchführung; DevOps
 - Reisebereitschaft sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsskills in Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift

Als Senior Consultant / IT-Manager Software Produktentwicklung (m/w/d) liegt dein Fokus auf der Software Produktentwicklung. Hier unterstützt und begleitest du unsere Kunden im gesamten Prozess - von der Definition und dem Management der Anforderungen über die Softwarearchitektur, die Entwicklung, den Test bis hin zum Go-live und der Wartung.

 - Innovation: Auf Basis von State-of-the-art-Technologien setzt du kreative Lösungen um. Gemeinsam mit unseren Mandanten gestaltest du dabei neue Softwareprodukte.
 - Entwicklungsszyklus: Über alle Phasen hinweg unterstützt du unsere Mandanten entlang des gesamten SDLC - Software Development Lifecycle.
 - Hands-on-Mentalität: Du entwickelst neue Services zur Anwendung im Rahmen des Softwareentwicklungsprozesses.
 - Arbeitsumfeld: Unter Nutzung agiler Methoden wie Scrum entwickelst du auf Basis moderner Technologien Web-Anwendungen (Full-Stack, z.B.: Spring, React, Angular) oder Cloud-basierte Lösungen (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure).
 - Teamwork: Um maßgeschneiderte und optimale Lösungen für unsere Mandanten sicherzustellen, stehst du im Austausch mit unseren (internationalen) Delivery Centern.
