 - 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support: Du hilfst Kolleg:innen bei Hard- und Softwarethemen
 - Systemadministration: Du arbeitest an IT-Systemen und Netzwerken mit
 - Du analysierst Störungen, behebst sie nachhaltig und dokumentierst smarte Lösungen
 - KI in Action: Du unterstützt bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-gestützten Use Cases (z. B. Automatisierung, Chatbots, Datenanalyse)
 - Projekte & Prozessflows: Du wirkst in IT-Projekten mit und optimierst Abläufe
