## About the Role

Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (oder Dynamics NAV)

 - Freude daran, Kundenprozesse zu verstehen und mit moderner Cloud-ERP-Software nachhaltig zu verbessern
 - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+) und gutes Englisch (B2 oder besser)
 - Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - du moderierst Workshops souverän und präsentierst überzeugend
 - Selbstständige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

Wünschenswert sind:

 - Beratungserfahrung (klassisch oder als Key-User / Inhouse-Consultant)
 - Kenntnisse in mindestens einem kaufmännischen Bereich (FiBu, Einkauf, Verkauf, Logistik, Produktion …)

Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC

 - Du führst Analysen von Kundenprozessen und -anforderungen durch
 - Du erstellst Konzepte im Rahmen der Einführung oder Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365 BC und Dynamics NAV
 - Du gestaltest effiziente Strukturen und Prozesse sowie realisierst Verbesserungspotenziale
 - Du schätzt selbstständig die Machbarkeit sowie den Budgetumfang als auch die Realisierungszeit ein
 - Du erarbeitest Erwartungs-, Eskalations- und Changemanagement-Szenarien
 - Du testest Programmfunktionalitäten inklusive qualifizierter Dokumentationen
 - Du gestaltest effiziente, schlanke Prozesse, die unseren Kunden echten Mehrwert bringen
