You will act as the central point of contact for customers throughout the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring a smooth and successful project execution from design to delivery. Your key responsibilities include the independent coordination of customer requirements, aligning interfaces, deadlines, and delivery scopes with internal technical departments. This involves monitoring project milestones, controlling progress, identifying technical challenges, and actively supporting the development of solutions to meet project goals on time and within budget. In this role, you will also build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, manage factory acceptance tests, and organize customer visits to ensure high satisfaction. Furthermore, you will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for product and process optimization, supporting the initiation of these measures, and documenting lessons learned.
