## Description

Verantwortung für die Entgeltabrechnung in SAP HCM inkl. Customizing (Lohnarten, Zeitmodelle, etc.)

 - Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-HCM-Landschaft (insb. Payroll & Zeitwirtschaft)
 - Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Systembetriebs inkl. Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting
 - Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen SAP, Workday und weiteren HR-/Finance-Systemen
 - Mitarbeit in spannenden Projekten (u. a. S/4HANA, Fiori) - je nach Erfahrung auch (Teil-)Projektleitung
 - Pflege und Verarbeitung von Personal- und Zeitdaten unter Einhaltung der DSGVO
 - Unterstützung bei digitalen HR-Tools, Datenmigrationen und Optimierungen
