Projektverantwortung: Du leitest multinationale Teams bis zum Betrieb von ServiceNow-Lösungen und Use Cases rund um ServiceNow GRC/IRM, SecOps und Asset Management.

 - Innovation: Es geht um Individuallösungen, die du konzeptionierst, konfigurierst und auf Basis von ServiceNow App Engine gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden verantwortlich einführst.
 - Projektmanagement: Nach agilen Methoden wie Scrum/SAFE führst du erfolgreich deine Projekte durch.
 - ServiceNow-Plattform inklusive Zertifizierung: In deine Verantwortung fällt auch das Design von IT- und Geschäftsprozessen, Datenmodellen, Workflows, APIs nach EA-Prinzipien.
 - Gestaltungsräume: Zum Betrieb von Managed Services entwickelst du neue ServiceNow-basierte Services. Mit den (internationalen) Delivery Centern arbeitest du eng zusammen.
