## Description

Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden im Bereich IT und Kommunikationstechnik

 - Analyse und Behebung von Störungen - remote und vor Ort
 - Installation und Konfiguration von Windows-Client- und Serversystemen
 - Administration und Wartung von IT-Infrastrukturen
 - Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit
 - Unterstützung im Anwendersupport
 - Dokumentation von Anfragen und Störungen im Ticketsystem
 - Durchführung von Hardware-Reparaturen und Austausch defekter Komponenten
 - Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und Entwicklung neuer Lösungsansätze
