## Description

Ganzheitliche Betreuung der gesamten IT- Infrastruktur im Unternehmen (vom Office bis zur Produktion)

 - Verantwortung für die Installation von Netzwerkkomponenten, Windows Client, Druckern, Telefonie und mobilen Endgeräten
 - Mitverantwortung für die Gewährleistung der IT-Sicherheit
 - Dokumentation und Pflege der Inventarlisten
 - Fortlaufendes Update des aktuellen Stands an Kunden mittels ACMP- Softwareverteilung
 - Verantwortung für die Störungsbehebung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen (intern und auf VDI- Desktops)
 - Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von Störungen / Anforderungen im Ticketsystem
