## Description

* Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen via Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem
 * Anwender:innenbetreuung bei Software- und Hardwareproblemen
 * Verwaltung von Benutzer:innen, Gruppen und Lizenzen in Microsoft 365
 * Unterstützung bei Einrichtung und Pflege von Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint
 * Arbeitsplatzvorbereitung inklusive Installation von Notebooks, Monitoren und Peripherie
 * Durchführung von Patch-Management im Serverschrank sowie einfachen Switch-Konfigurationen
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und Einführung neuer Tools oder Systeme
 * Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte im Ticketsystem zur Nachvollziehbarkeit für das Team
