* Du erhältst eine praxisnahe Ausbildung und lernst von unseren IT-Expert:innen die Geschäfts- und Leistungsprozesse sowie Arbeitsorganisation und Arbeitstechniken kennen.
 * Du lernst die Einführung und Betreuung von Systemlösungen sowie Systemkonfiguration und Systemintegration kennen.
 * Du wirkst am Aufbau von Informations- und Kommunikationssystemen mit.
 * Du administrierst Hard- und Software.
 * Du wirkst bei der Konfiguration von IT-Systemen und Servern mit und unterstützt Netzwerkinstallationen.
 * Du unterstützt den IT-Support und bist Ansprechperson für technische Fragen von Anwender:innen.
 * Im weiteren Verlauf deiner Ausbildung behebst du Störungen mithilfe systematischer Fehleranalysen.
 * Mit Unterstützung deiner Kolleg:innen konzipierst, installierst und betreust du vernetzte IT-Systeme verschiedener Hersteller und richtest diese individuell ein.
 * Du wirkst an der Optimierung bestehender Systeme mit.
