This role will oversee the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of UKG to ensure consistent, reliable and compliant HR operations. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, Accounting, and IT to optimize system functionality, improve user experience, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with strong analytical skills, ensuring data accuracy, driving process automation, and enabling informed decision-making across the organization., System Administration and Maintenance: * Maintain, configure, and optimize UKG HRIS functionality to support daily HR operations. * Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance. * Support testing and implementation of new features, enhancements, and system updates. User Support and Training: * Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related questions and system troubleshooting. * Provide timely and professional support to end users, escalating issues as needed. * Develop clear user training materials and conduct training sessions for stakeholders. Reporting and Analytics: * Create, generate, and analyze standard and custom HR reports for distribution. * Use data insights to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
