## About the Role

We are seeking candidates with the following:

 * Bachelors w/ 2+ years relevant experience.
 * Ability to understand data structures / find relationships.
 * Experience with Visio / Process Flows
 * Experience with version control systems (Github, Devops, etc)
 * Experience with Analytics / BI platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Cognos
 * Collaborate with internal customers and communicate key insights and findings to the appropriate individuals
 * Financial Reporting, Accounting, or Insurance experience preferred.
 * Passionate about information

## Description

The Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for helping to build and improve the processes that keep the business growing. You'll be part of a team that enables information which empowers various internal customers, improving the experience for our policyholders.

This is a role for someone interested in growing with us to transform the way the business views itself. You'll be counted on gathering requirements from stakeholders and ensure that they get what they need to move the business forward with attention to detail., * Support regulatory / financial / business reporting.

 * Document Report Requests and Updates.
 * Profile downstream data to find anomalies and potential data issues
 * Create SQL scripts for reporting.
 * Utilize PowerBI / other dashboarding programs
