 * 7 years of experience working as a Siebel Technical Architect, including technical design and architecture.
 * 7 years of experience integrating Siebel with other technologies, including:

 * Git repositories
 * Oracle Databases
 * SOAP
 * REST APIs
 * 7 years of experience with Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) and EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager).
 * 7 years of experience with data conversion and migration to Siebel from other data sources.
 * 5 years of experience working for a government agency.

* Design, develop, configure, and support Siebel applications.
