 * Experience working with Agile methodologies.
 * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in complex environments.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex data challenges.
 * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

## Description

* Be prepared to become a SME in the relocation system, running multiple shipment types with many different variables.
 * Have the ability to handle multiple client personality types and ensure their needs are being met.
 * Competency in capturing meeting minutes and having them client-ready within a short timeframe.
 * Ability to work with limited oversight and comfortable in ambiguity, as the client does not always state everything that is needed.
 * Aid client in charting new business capabilities (such as business process mapping with data emphasis).
 * Create product development briefs.
 * Support stand-ups/retrospectives/reviews with developers.
 * Act as the voice of the product owner when they are on leave and support with detailed meeting minutes.
 * Draft up potential product requirements from the point of view of the user.
