## Description

* Oversee application deployments, software configuration, and server management.
 * Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and outages.
 * Requires strong expertise in DevOps methodologies, Linux, AWS, Docker Swarm, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Git.
 * Desired skills include Python, NiFi, Elasticsearch, Java, Spring, and MongoDB., * Deploy applications and install/configure complex software.
 * Manage network servers and technology tools.
 * Monitor and maintain system performance and troubleshoot issues/outages.
 * Participate in a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support (roughly one week out of every 4-6 weeks), with eligibility for 4 additional hours during on-call weeks.
 * Required technical skills include experience with: Linux; AWS, MASH, and VMs; Docker Swarm; Deployments of distributed web applications (e.g. GitLab CI/CD); Terraform scripting and VM provisioning; Ansible scripting and development; Thorough understanding of Docker & Docker Compose container technology; Git.
 * Desired technical skills include experience with: Python scripting and development; NiFi maintenance and configuration; Elasticsearch maintenance and configuration; Java / Spring Boot (troubleshooting error logs); HAProxy; MongoDB.
