This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with full responsibility for product engineering, infrastructure, and the product roadmap. You'll be joining at a pivotal moment: we've recently restructured the technology organisation and are investing in a modern, leaner stack. The priorities are clear - CRM activation, personalisation at scale, and building the backend infrastructure that enables and continues to accelerate the growth in our membership and travel businesses. This is a role for a strategic thinker, a visionary, but also someone who relishes rolling up their sleeves to quickly build and test the next innovation to delight our members and drive our business forward. Requirements What You'll Own * Tech strategy and roadmap, aligned to commercial priorities. * End-to-end engineering planning, and delivery: product, platform, and infrastructure. * CRM and marketing technology stack (both internal and third party platforms). * Data architecture, member, and business analytics capabilities. * Vendor and partner management, including third-party integrations (hotel and airline loyalty programmes, financial institutions and other partners). * Hiring and development of a small, high-performing engineering team. * Security, compliance, and data governance (within the Swiss and EU regulatory context). ## Related Videos - [Are Code Reviews Worth It?
