This role focuses on managing stakeholders, documenting requirements, and facilitating process reengineering to leverage new technology and streamline revenue collection and cash management functions., The candidate will manage the transition to a new banking partner for all divisions and functions that either collect revenue, perform or support deposit duties, or process other monies in any capacity for the organization. This role requires managing the overall deliverables and resources from all stakeholders, which include the selected banking partner resources, representatives from each revenue collecting division, the Office of Commission Comptroller, and Enterprise Technology Services. As new technology and services are deployed, a key component will be to ensure a complete set of requirements are documented up front for each division. In addition, the candidate will need to facilitate and support the divisions to identify changes in current processes needed to streamline activities and take full advantage of the new technology available from the selected banking partner.
