Empresa líder en el sector de las Telecomunicaciones y la microinformática, aportando servicios de suministro, reparación, instalación y mantenimiento a nivel nacional, resolución de incidencias per call, servicios logísticos, etc. Nuestros clientes se engloban las mayores compañías en el sector de las telecomunicaciones y microinformática (operadoras, integradoras, banca, etc.)Los candidatos, se incorporarán al Dpto de Servicio de Atención al usuario.Descripción del puesto:Estamos buscando incorporar a nuestro equipo de Madrid a un técnico/a microinformático de soporte N2. Se trata de un puesto estable.- Experiencia mínima de 4 en soporte microinformático.- Experiencia en herramientas de gestión operativa (Sap,Office 365. . . ).- Conocimientos demostrables en herramientas de ticketing (JIRA)Condiciones:- Contrato estable.- Modelo de trabajo: presencial.- Horario de L-V de 9:00h a 18:00h.- Salario a convenir.Imprescindible carnet de conducir y coche propio.
