## Description

* Develop Java-based software capabilities and integrate advanced AI agents into daily engineering workflows.
 * Utilize modern Java frameworks, cloud technologies, and NoSQL databases to build robust solutions.
 * Lead and mentor engineering teams within an Agile environment., * Design, develop, and implement complex software capabilities for computer-based systems.
 * Develop Java-based software capabilities using modern Java Frameworks and Libraries such as Spring and Guava.
 * Integrate advanced AI agents and next-gen coding tools into daily software engineering routines.
 * Use autonomous agents for multi-file feature implementations, complex codebase refactoring, and automated test generation.
 * Guide AI agents through complex, multi-repository application architectures and audit agent-generated code.
 * Design enterprise APIs, RESTful web services, and Microservices architectures.
 * Work with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure and distributed databases like Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
 * Collaborate in an Agile environment using JIRA, Confluence, and Git.

Telework:
This position supports a hybrid work arrangement, requiring an average of 1-2 days per week on-site at the Augusta, GA office.
