Candidates should have strong hands-on Power BI development experience, excellent technical and analytical skills, and the ability to create polished, intuitive, and user-friendly reports. This role requires someone who can independently lead report development efforts, working directly with stakeholders to understand business needs, refine requirements, recommend solutions, and guide projects through development, testing, and implementation.
