Dann erwartet dich bei uns eine Rolle mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum: Als IT Service Manager Infrastructure (m/w/d) verantwortest du am Standort Wien, Laakirchen oder Pöls die Qualität und Weiterentwicklung unserer Infrastructure Services und gestaltest gleichzeitig den weiteren Aufbau unseres Service Managements maßgeblich mit., * Du verantwortest die Qualität und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Infrastructure Services

 * Entwicklung unserer Service-Management-Plattform Matrix42 weiter und sorgst für eine optimale Nutzung.
 * Gestaltung, Optimierung & Standardisierung von ITService-Management-Prozessen
 * Du entwickelst Service Levels und KPIs, behältst deren Einhaltung im Blick und leitest Verbesserungen daraus ab
 * Analyse von Betriebs- und Servicekennzahlen und Umsetzung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen mit den beteiligten Teams
 * Begleitung der Einführung neuer Infrastructure Services und Technologien
 * Schaffung transparenter Strukturen und Sicherstellung einer professionellen und serviceorientierten Betriebsführung
 * Du gestaltest aktiv mit, wie unser Infrastructure Service Management künftig aufgestellt sein wird.
