## Description

* Aktive Mitgestaltung bei Entwicklung, Design und Umsetzung von Software, optional auch aktive Mitarbeit bei Software & System-Architektur
 * Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Webapplikationen und Individualsoftware im Java Enterprise Umfeld oder ähnlichen Frameworks
 * Erstellung von Prototypen und Mitarbeit an Evaluierung neuer Technologien, Tools und Upgrades
 * Einsetzen und meistern Ihrer Java Kernkompetenzen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen im Software Lifecycle (Analyse, Test, Architektur, Product Owner)
 * Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten in agilen Softwareentwicklungsteams bestehend aus Java und Datenbank-Enthusiasten (mittels SCRUM, KANBAN, Crossfunctional, SAFe)
 * Mitarbeit bei der Schaffung von Qualitätsstandards, Reviews von Design und Code in den Projekten (Clean Code, Einsatz von Design Patterns, Best Practices)
