 * 5+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
 * 5+ years working with event-based architectures, API design, and integration patterns.
 * 5+ years of experience in Agile product environments and technical consultancy.
 * You possess strong expertise in coding, testing, and debugging complex backend systems.
 * You bring experience in leading development teams and mentoring other engineers.
 * You are fluent in Dutch at level C2.

Nice to Haves

 * Practical experience with CQRS.
 * 3+ years of experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and operational backend support.
 * 3+ years of experience with the Atlassian Suite including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
 * Interest in or experience with Go.
 * Previous experience working in a digital media or high-traffic product environment.

## Description

* Design and implement scalable backend components and APIs within an event-based architecture.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to translate product requirements into robust technical solutions.
 * Maintain high standards for code quality, observability, and operational excellence across all services.
 * Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle from initial analysis to production monitoring and support.
 * Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to ensure stable deployments.
 * Coach team members and drive the adoption of engineering best practices within the development team.
