The primary responsibility of the IT Project Manager will be to manage multiple business-IT projects in the field of document management, including electronic signatures and test management, in accordance with the client's standards., * Manage files, decisions, risks, contracts, schedules, and open actions. * Define and maintain scope, PBS/WBS, planning, budget, resources, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and issues. * Organize SteerCo meetings, prepare decisions, and maintain reliable PSR reporting. * Oversee suppliers, commitments, SLAs, deliverables, and escalations. * Contribute to special specifications and offer analyses with Procurement, Vendor Management, and technical experts. * Organize pilots, tests, UAT, acceptance criteria, reconciliation, cutover/rollback, and production validation. * Manage change, communication, and coordination with impacted users. * Prepare documentation, knowledge transfer, and Move2Run to operational teams. * Ensure alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, and applicable security policies. * Support the harmonization of PM practices.
