## About the Role

* Je bent een gepassioneerde IT'er met een analytische, klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte 'can do'-mentaliteit.
 * Je hebt een sterke, hands-on ervaring met de Microsoft-infrastructuur: Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 en SQL.
 * Je bezit een gevorderde kennis van networking (TCP/IP routering, VLAN's).
 * Basiskennis van VoIP en/of Apple OSx is een mooie plus.
 * Je bent communicatief sterk: je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.

## Description

Als 3rd Line Support Engineer ben jij de ultieme probleemoplosser. Wanneer de 1e en 2e lijns support vastlopen, kom jij in actie. Je krijgt een eigen klantenportefeuille en fungeert als hun vaste technische ankerpunt.

 * Complexe incidenten oplossen: Je analyseert, reproduceert en verhelpt complexe storingen, fouten en prestatieproblemen binnen uiteenlopende IT-omgevingen (root-cause-analyses).
 * Proactief adviseren: Je denkt mee met de klanten om hun IT-infrastructuur stabieler, veiliger en toekomstgerichter in te richten.
 * Kwaliteit & Communicatie: Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en communiceert helder met de klant over oplossingen en bevindingen.
 * Kennisdeling & Documentatie: Je stelt gedetailleerde setup manuals en best practices op, creëert herbruikbare templates en deelt jouw diepgaande expertise om je collega-engineers naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
