## About the Role

* 4-7 years as an AI/ML Engineer with production experience
 * At least one AI solution taken from POC to production
 * Strong Python and SQL, plus solid software engineering habits
 * Hands-on GenAI experience (RAG, agents, vector databases or LangChain/LlamaIndex), plus classical ML skills
 * Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP) and Docker
 * Consultancy or client-facing experience
 * Some mentoring experience, even informal, and the ambition to do more
 * Fluent Dutch and English

 * Build end-to-end pipelines with proper evaluation, guardrails and monitoring
