You take responsibility for your own work, learn from experienced colleagues and tackle more complex technical challenges along the way. You have the ability to work independently on assigned issues, but also to know when to seek advice. You are willing to learn, experiment and further develop your technical skills Software development is changing rapidly, particularly with the rise of AI-assisted development and applications that leverage AI. We are looking for developers who are curious about these developments and can use new tools thoughtfully, without losing sight of the quality of the code, security, maintainability and the needs of our users. As a medior developer, you are expected to critically assess AI-generated output, understand the code you commit, and develop your ability to assess the quality, safety, and suitability of that code for the issue at hand. You will be part of our central IT department with about 200 colleagues. Together, we deliver modern IT for students, researchers and staff, with a focus on digitalisation, security, data and cloud.
